I gave Bruce a call, he told me to bring it round. I brought it round the next morning. They diagnosed the car, turns out there was a broken exhaust valve. He gave me a quote for £120, got a call from him later that day saying that my Urus was ready. I have not had any problems since then. I have also taken my Urus for an oil change which I received a quote of £695 and done it in around 2 hours. I was really satisfied with the whole GVE service team however I would like to add a separate thank you to Bruce for taking care or my car and answering any and all the questions that I had.
If you want a reliable team in West London, go GVE. Had an issue that had to be sorted quickly. Got in touch, and Shoaib made sure the whole job from the drop off to pick up was as smooth and quick as possible. A separate big thanks to Bruce and the repair/maintenance team for taking care of my vehicle.
First class service from GVE. They found the perfect product for what I required. Absolutely blown away by the quality of workmanship, professionalism & knowledge of the service team. Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond. I first dealt with Shoaib who was an absolute gentleman and really looked after me. Then I had the pleasure of speaking with supercar Bruce who is a fountain of knowledge. I didn’t get the names of the other guys in the team but they are all amazing. I will be back soon for a service and anything else that needs to be taken care of.
Some of the nicest cars I’ve seen under one roof. Work carried out was wrapping and tinting - not the highest quality but good enough.
