Found on Google because of their great ŕreviews after shocking service over an mot from another garage, passed no issue with this garage great customer service. So happy with service my Dad who lives in Reading travelled for his mot and handbrake cable which was done for a reasonable price and ready the same day. Floyd clearly works hard to keep a good reputation and his customers happy despite what appears to be a very busy garage.
I had my MOT done today. Staff were very friendly and polite. Very good customer service. I would recommend them to anyone without a doubt.
I foolishly took on Halfords free MOT offer and when my car predictably failed due to brake and light issues, they tried to charge me over £800. These guys amazingly took care of everything for me plus MOT for half the price! They even fixed my puncture for free! Quality service and the guys were incredibly friendly! This will be my go to wherever I go! 🙏🏿
Recently, I got my front calipers, brakes, hoses and discs replaced. I wanted to test my car out before leaving a review, and everything is working smoothly even after a month and several long trips. Floyd was super friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to me and my fiance when I dropped my car off at Greenacre. I am happy that I avoided going to places such as Halfords or Kiwkfit. The customer service at Greenacre is second to none. The repair work is thorough. If you care about safety, quality, reliability, customer service and price, then take your car here. You will not be disappointed.
