I have been using Courtwood Car Services for about a year now and couldn't be happier. The staff are also very nice, super knowledgeable and helpful. I had my car serviced and they completely cleaned it (inside and outside) to a very high standard and a complete surprise at that. Thank you Courtwood!
Having had my car break down my RAC engineer dropped my car off at Courtwood and reassured me they would take care of my car. He was not wrong. The service at Courtwood is first class. Mandy and Alex were on top of all the communication keeping me up to date on my car and giving me full transparency on what would happen next and what to expect. They dealt with me on a personal level and made me feel very reassured. Excellent service and a very professional team who are real experts on car repairs. I would give them a higher rating if I could. Brilliant service
