The team are very helpful and friendly and kept me up to date throughout the process, including always answering queries quickly via Whatsapp. They also fixed a minor follow-up issue with the car quickly for me.
Excellent customer care remarkable job done on my car , very professional and was always on call or WhatsApp to answer any questions. Would deffo use for things in future. Ash was great and also the man who delivered my courtesy car and his mate what a great team xx thanks again fix autos x
Amazing group of people. Top work and Joe the manager kept us updated. Car needed more work Joe was more than happy to show and explain which was great. Highly recommend them and if ever need work doing again would use them.
Was recommended this garage by my insurance campany after an accident. Have never heard or seen them before. They contacted me to book the car in and arranged to have the car collected. The whole process was very professional, they were very honest and helpful throughout the process and helped me into a courtesy car. Accidents are not very pleasant and most of the people I dealt with were very depressing to talk to until I spoke to this company. They were very polite and friendly and helped me feel as though they really were there to help. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Maybe I'll have to see what other services they offer for service and maintenance.
