In the past 3 months I have had many car problems (due to poor choice in cars😅) which has resulted in my car breaking down and needing a fix ASAP. In all instances, these guys have taken the car straight away and fixed it within 24 hours! I bought a Ford Focus this week and the clutch went yesterday, but I am already back on the road now and only dropped the car off last night. 10/10 service. Thanks so much :)
I'm a driving instructor (trainee) and my car is my income. This morning the electronic parking brake decided it wasn't going to release. The AA managed to get it to a point it was driveable but it needed a permanent repair and new parts. I called MasterTech at 10am, they told me to bring the car straight to them. They sourced the parts and had it fixed by 3pm. Service like this is rare and the price was reasonable too. I also use MasterTech for servicing and have always been impressed with this side of things too, but today really did show how good they are!
I was having major issues with the clutch and transmission, could barely get into gear. I dropped my car off and it was fixed in a matter of days and under quote. They're really friendly and professional, a great garage. When I picked my car up, I thought the issue was still happening but couldn't drop it back in due to my schedule. When I was able to take it over, they were so patient with me and we took it for a drive, and we found it was user error causing the issues on collection (I wasn't pushing the clutch down enough). Turns out I didn't realise just how bad the clutch was prior to their repair and wasn't used to it working so well. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Really lovely people, professional job and patient with me when we found I wasn't pushing the clutch down enough on collection.
I highly recommend this garage for any car repair or servicing. Staff are very transparent, honest and professional. I guess that's what you are looking for especially if your not a car enthusiast. Keep up the good work guys!
Took my car in today with handbrake and gear issues. Was diagnosed and repaired within hours. Very honest and reliable garage.. would highly recommend
