To date Nigel and co have been fantastic. I phone up asking for advice and Nigel is so helpful, I've never been ripped off, they call before doing any work. Even me telling him I may have to get a new car serviced by the dealer and I may not go to their garage, Nigel was so understanding and said don't worry you need to do what's financially best.
A good workshop, it was my first time and I was impressed by the work and speed. I will definitely be back more often in the future. This garage has gained another customer, congratulations
Once again a cracking experience with Kinleys, this time for our MOT yesterday. I've been coming here with both of our cars for years and never had a bad experience. They kept my ratty old Jeep going for years (I think they were rather fond of it) and now they're doing the same with our old Vauxhall. I'd recommend Kinleys to anyone, and often do!
What I thought was a leaking coolant bottle turned out to be a radiator. Minimum wait time, great response and clean communication throughout. Kinleys saved my car and within a week it got sorted and is back on the road! Did even let me bring my car over after opening hours. So great service for me!
