Repairing my wheel bearing was completed quicker and with slightly less than expected. I went to pick up the car but the smoke from a nearby fire meant I agreed with Elite to leave the car overnight. They moved cars around to get my car out from where they kept it safe inside the garage, nothing seemed to much trouble. I will always go to Elite for my repairs in the future.
Great experience here so far from taking my car for repairs, they're friendly on the phones. One minor comment would be I didn't get a call back with a quote recently, i had to call them back 24 hours later - but to be fair we all forget things sometimes and they could have been quite busy at the time I called. Very reasonably priced (I called around a few local garages, these guys quoted the best price for my front brake pads & discs) the quotes varied from over £300 to these guys quoting me just under £200! Recently had a full service done here too. Would definitely recommend
Went this morning for my first experience, I had to change one of the front tyre everything was quick and easy friendly and professional staff I have asked even to do the calibration of the car and everything they where very helpful. Definitely recommend them!! Will probably going to go for a wetcambelt replacement soon!
Gary and the team were very accommodating despite being fully booked. They found the issue and replaced the part well within a 24hr period. I am incredibly grateful for their help and prompt response. Thank you guys, i will be making sure my daughter uses you for all her car issues and recommending you to all her Uni friends.
Really would reccommend this garage. Were able to fit me in quickly and I had the car back within a few hours. They were friendly and their pricing was fair and honest. Best garage in Southampton as far as i'm concerned!
