I’ve never experienced such incredible customer service from a garage and cannot sing their praises highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had a whole long list of concerns that could have easily been dismissed as outside of the remit of the servicing appointment. However, they were all listened to and George kept me updated and informed. To keep me in the loop and provide as much transparency as possible about the work being doing I was sent video updates via WhatsApp. Not only was the car fully serviced but the engine area was also cleaned spotlessly. Extra recommendations and advice were kindly provided - this is miles apart from the care I’ve received elsewhere. It is the best experience I have had at a garage and I’m so grateful to George to listening to every concern and providing detailed answers to any questions I had. It gives you so much reassurance as a customer with no real mechanical understanding and I am very grateful to him. Thank you! It feels like a garage you can trust. Will only ever use you :)
I popped in today for a helping hand to remove a cable on in my Mini stereo unit. The man on the counter was so accommodating and therfore I would highly recommend the company to you. Perfect outcome very happy indeed 😊😊

I called up looking to have my rear brake disc's & pads replaced on the same day and this garage not only took on the work last minute but after finding a seized calliper they stayed on working late to make sure I had my vehicle back the same day. This garage is the first I've used which went the extra mile and did it all for a fair reasonable price and I can't recommend them enough! Even down to the lovely lady on reception who was polite and very clear with the information passed on everything was a pleasure to deal with. Exceptional Mechanic's, fantastic reception staff and the top man himself was a pleasure to do business with. You won't find better customer service or quality of work. 10/10!
Highly recommend the Shirley Car Care. Today, had a major service done satisfactorily at affordable price. George very helpful, professional & most of all sincere, amiable individual. I would recommend to anyone.
