Following purchase of a faulty car from an unprofessional dealer, we had a new mechatronic unit fitted to our car by Scott at Rims and are absolutely thrilled with his work. He certainly knows his stuff where gearboxes and associated parts are concerned and has turned an upsetting situation into a happy outcome. He is an expert in his field and gives excellent advice. Despite an unhappy beginning, our car now runs like new - thank you Scott and Sarah.
Scott and Sarah was such a lovely and reliable people. They repaired my car really quick and well with reasonable price. I highly recomend this shop for everyone who have problem on Auto mission.
Amazing experience. Lovely people. Scott explained everything that needed to be fixed and even showed me and answered all questions I had. Made me feel really at ease when I'm usually anxious as I dint know anything about cars. Will definitely be recommending ans using again.
Scott is extremely open and honest and takes the time to explain the issues and options. He went through all details of parts required, costs and time frame for the work. He kept the parts he'd removed, showed me where they had failed and explained why. RIMS Engineering is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I could not recommend this business more highly.
Took a car to rims engineering Scott and Sarah are so helpful Scott explained everything about the car that needed to be fixed very fast very reliable will recommend him to anybody show my girlfriend all the parts that he had taken out from the clutch that were broken and also fixed a couple of other parts and told us that the brakes to be fixed and put me onto someone who he recommends and did the job fantastically so we would like to thank Scott and Sarah for their help very well run company hello I'm very friendly he won't go wrong with these guys
