They were incredibly communicative, calling me the day before my appointment to confirm. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and offered a delicious coffee. The service advisor took the time to clearly explain what would be included in the first service. To my delight, the entire service was completed within 2 hours. MKG 3000 truly delivers 5-star service, and I will confidently entrust them with my vehicle's care in the future. Thank you so much, Ivelin
Top class service! The entire team (front office, service engineers) at MKG3000 is excellent - very accommodating (i forgot to get my car keys!), efficient and pleasant to deal with. I had gone in for a small issue - they already ordered parts in anticipation and was done in less than an hour! Always going to use them in future
Great customer service from booking to the repair. Polite and efficient. Thank you. I took my XC40 to have an air- conditioning vent replaced under warranty. Alister and the team were very helpful and got the job done efficiently and helped me set up the phone. I will use them again. Very conveniently located just next to Strawberry Hill mainline station.
I’m gave MKG 3000 a 5star because, every time I took my car to them, they’ve always resolved whatever the issue was, and on time. They’re not cheap, but I guess it all depends on the class of your car. Their staff are friendly, polite we and very professional and know exactly what they’re doing. They also have one of the best hot chocolate😊. I’ll recommend to any day to anyone.
If you are looking for a reliable,friendly and honest Volvo garage -look no further……Alister sorted my issue out keeping me updated on the issue all the way - on top of that it came in less expensive than I had anticipated - thoroughly recommend them. Ask for Alister ….. he’s a nice man ….may even give you a sole!
