Brought my second hand Quashqai for service and MOT, they identified some issues and advised to liaise with the original car sales shop, instead of carrying out expensive repairs. By doing so they were going against their own interest and allowed me to save some money. True professionals!
I go here to have my van serviced and MOT’d each year. Because I need a garage that can MOT vans it’s closest and easiest for me The premises are modern, clean and well presented. I find the owner and staff to be professional and helpful and the cost of the work done is reasonable. They have a comfortable and warm waiting area and a customer toilet with disabled access. The location isn’t so great. The road is only accessible from the southbound side of the busy A316 and traffic jams can cause delays. Also when you arrive, parking is very limited and tight to get into because other businesses are in the same vicinity.
Very good service, had my MOT done to my Mini 3 weeks ago, they were able to find me a slot for my car while no other car service point would not give me an appointment for at least 90 days Thank you
Absolutely amazing service!!! I am first time car owner and was very unlucky with the car I got. To begin with they where very honest and told me I was sold a lemon and should try to get a refund, once that failed, they fixed all the problems and explained in detail.I am also very nervous about the car and Darren has been incredibly patiant with me. And to top it all off, they cleaned the car. Can not recommend them enough . Thank you for all the help.
