Superb service from Sean, I took my BMW 3 series here after the main control screen stopped working, I had taken it to a few places prior and they couldn't fix it. Sean diagnosed the problem and gave me a temporary screen until he ordered in the correct screen for my model of car. I went back couple days later when the correct screen came in and he swapped it over whilst I waited. I now have a brand new working screen, at a fraction of the price the dealership's were quoting. Would highly recommend.

Sean is a absolute legend. Like alot of the other reviews , i too had a major issue with my car stereo which sending to mercedes would have cost an arm and a leg to simply look at let alone diagnose. Sean fitted me in and worked his magic and managed to fux my entire car radio and nav system for a fraction of the price my main dealer would have charged me.

Sean is a very genuine and honest guy and is clearly an absolute master at what he does. Incredibly knowledgeable. I was recommended Sean by another Garage who couldn’t help. He fitted me in and fixed the issue quickly when I would have otherwise have been in a sticky situation without the car.

I got in touch with Direct Automotive Diagnostics with an issue that several other garages were unable to diagnose. Even with short notice, Sean was able to efficiently and accurately diagnose my issue. Throughout this process, Sean's communication was excellent and the price was very fair. Very highly recommended.

Very happy with the service I received from Sean, very approachable guy and he managed to track down my intermittent engine fault where others didn't know where to start due to the massive list of fault codes thrown up with this error and I would definitely recommend him .👍
