Two different guys, both very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. I am so grateful for your help at such short notice. Here’s hoping there isn’t a third time!
First time we've been involved in a minor collision so the whole insurance / repairs experience was all new to us. A company we trust recommended Easdons to us, and James guided us incredibly well and very efficiently too. Although we unfortunately couldn't work with James for the repairs due to our insurance's limitations, we were very impressed with James' help throughout the whole ordeal and courteous manner. Other Google reviews we've seen are testament to the impeccable work and customer service Easdons provides, so I'm sure he'll be our first call next time something similar happens. Thanks, James!
My car got reversed in to on Christmas Eve. Phoned James , got my claim underway received a courtesy car within 48 hours. He got my car done within 10 days and back to me. Repair was absolutely amazing couldn’t fault anything. Top service honestly would highly recommend. Very easy to deal with. Fast service. And nothing is an issue. No stress at all. Class service thanks again. Here’s a wee before n after
We were recommended to James through a friend after being in a non fault accident. We went to other bodyshops for quotes as well, but James stood out to us when we saw his standard of work and could deal with all the insurance side of things, too. It took the stress away from us, and we didn't have to do anything. He collected our car from our house and arranged for us to have a hired car while the work was carried out. He kept us up to date and completed the work in a timely manner so we would have our car back for Christmas. The work was done to an extremely high standard. James delivered our car home to us after it had a full valet, too. The team did an amazing job. It looked even better than when we got it from Audi. I would 100% recommend Easdons bodyshop. What can I say, if you've had the unfortunate experience of someone hitting your car, just get intouch with James. He'll take details and pretty much do the handling - once sorted out by the claims James and his team will get down to work. Very happy with the service and the work they carried out - great team A+
