from 65 reviews on GoogleHad problem with gear shift took car in on the morning,they phoned in the afternoon to say two different mechanics took car out for run and also looked it over could find nothing wrong said they would like to keep it until next day and did more tests,got call next day and was told the same as day before could find nothing wrong I was very grateful to everyone I spoke to. Wondering next about bill I would have was told by receptionist there wouldn’t be any charge because no fault was found but I still had used there services and they charged me nothing could not believe my ears. Absolutely wonderful and so tremendously grateful for there service and would recommend them to anyone.
Had a bit of a nightmare at 8.30am when my reverse camera broke and I had a ferry booked for a trip in a couple of hours. Called around so many places and they all said they couldn't help. Called AutoFix and explained the situation, they were so helpful on phone and said if I popped in they could have a quick look to see what they could do. When I got there, they didn't have a matching model as it is an aftermarket product, but they had a part delivered within 15 minutes and got to work right away. The mechanic/electrician was so friendly and helpful and got the work done asap. Really really brilliant service in a stressful situation, at a great price. Appreciate the help from all and would recommend, will be back for future jobs. Thanks again!

Booked my Vivaro in for ABS electrical fault and MOT. The van was taken in the following day. Electrical problem fixed with MOT issued. Picked the van up the van at 5pm. I noticed the mileage wasnt right. The issue was caused by myself. I fitted a 2nd hand ABS pump as advised by an independent auto electrician. This advice was wrong as it did not fix the problem. The replacement ABS unit had rewritten the mileage. Conacted Autofix the following day. Issue resolved with mileage adjusted and new MOT certificate. Great service provided and value for money. I will use Autofix again in the future. Joe
