Steve and the team were fantastic and called me to confirm once my car had passed. Extremely good value and professional, friendly and helpful service from all of the team- well done guys and keep up the good work! I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage for anyone local requiring an MOT or service.
Fitted me in with an MoT at short notice, got a shock fail and it brought questions with it as main dealer hadn't long done a big service that addressed brake's, so I had to ask questions and answers all around were fair given the varied situations. So I ended up getting the work done as it was only a matter of time before it was on the cards anyway, it's just sod's law that everything goes wrong when you least need it, as I had a few big bill's in as it was, but staying safe is the name of the game and they did the job much faster than I expected, so it's all good, Thanks.
Wow, 10/10 excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere, really helpful, and very professional! On their A-Game. Possibly my best experience dealing with miserable flat tire. Total life savers! Thank you guys!!!!
I always MOT my car here each year and would get them to service it too if I didn't do it myself to save a bit of money. The staff are all friendly and competent, and they have a decent waiting area too with nice sofas, a toilet, and screens to watch the cars while they're being worked on.
Always very helpful and good service. Have used SMS for about 3-4 years for my car and my husbands car, service, and happy with work.
