Had my new car serviced here 6/2/24 kept me in the loop as to what was happening and was a quick turn around, dropped at 08:30 had it back before 2pm, will definitely use again and highly recommend
I have been using ACK for many years for a reason. Always a high level of service and honest appraisal of the work required. Very competitively priced compared to any other dealership. The owner is always a pleasure to deal with don't think twice about booking your car in.
Travelling back home yesterday to York from Bognor Regis, we urgently needed a rear side tyre. We tried multiple garages on our journey home and each one told us they couldn't help. Until we came across Peter and team at ACK Automotive Services. We are forever grateful that they could help us. We drove up without contacting them first and they took great care of us fixing our tyre and checking the pressures in the remainder of them all. The weather as many people will know was awful, a months rain in one day, so to have these kind gentlemen help us have a safe journey home with our 5 month old we will forever be appreciative. There are kind people still in the world. If we lived local, we would not think twice to use Peter and his garage to maintain our cars. Highly recommend everyone who works there. Thank you again, you made what our 5 hour journey, which turned into a 12 hour journey much safer and put our minds at rest knowing that the car was in a safe state.
MOT passed there. Peter is very kind and fixed the underneath of my car at no cost too. Very satisfied with their customer service and communication.
