I've used the Horsell branch for my last 3 MOTs/servicing and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend. Friendly and helpful staff, whilst also being fairly priced. I accidentally booked my car in the Old Woking branch by mistake, and they still managed to fit me in at Horsell without any problems.
Honest garage, with friendly mechanics. Used Arthurs Bridge on and off for about 10 years. A few times they’ve been unable to find the reported fault, but not charged me for looking at the car either which is both reassuring and a sign of an honest garage! When I have had worked carried out, it’s always been reasonably priced and carried out quickly. One minor suggestion; it would be nice to be given an Estimate for the work to be done when dropping the car off, even if that estimate changes due to unforeseen circumstances, it would be nice to know if you’re in for a bill of £200 or £2000 so you know where you stand, but I understand this is always practical.
Was very happy the first time I used this garage a year ago, so my car had its next service and MOT done this year. Shortly afterwards I had a dead battery (nothing to do with the garage) and as it was a weekend, and I need the car, I had to get the battery from elsewhere. The guy that fitted it did not re set my settings to what I had them on. The garage kindly did it for me at no cost, which I did not expect. Very good customer service.
