Booked a last minute MOT for my car but didn’t know whether I could actually make the appointment due to my mother awaiting COVID 19 test results. They were understanding and said they would keep me booked in and I could cancel later if needed. Ended up being able to make it due to negative result and they even remembered to ask how my mum was!
