Jordan, the manager, reassured and explained things to me without being patronising and an unexpected warning light on the dashboard when I collected the car was investigated without fuss there and then (and this was getting close to closing time). Plenty of customer parking was a bonus too!
Booked in for MOT and service, was kept fully informed throughout the day. Had a few advisories on the MOT which were clearly explained to me. Very reasonable and clear pricing, great to use a local independent garage with the knowledge that you’re not going to be ripped off. Have been using this garage for 5 years since moving to the area and have received excellent service on every visit. Highly recommend, well done guys and a special thanks to Jordan.
Booked in to have rear Brake Pads replaced on my wife's Audi Q2. Great experience from the initial phone call, booked in for this morning. Arrived promptly at 8.30am, was greeted by name as I walked into the reception area. Work was done efficiently and quickly. Lovely clean customer waiting area. Very professional service. Will certainly use again in the future. 10/10
Fantastic customer service from Randall today - fixed my bumper after the tiniest of bumps in 2 minutes flat! Thank you so much - there is a reason yours is our regular service centre! Highly recommended!
Popped in for 2 new tyres very friendly did it straight away was very impressed even showed me how my tracking was better than before highly recommend
