The guy serving me couldn't have been more helpful, respectful and polite. Recognising I was interested in the problem, he invited me into the workshop to talk through the problem and possible causes. A genuine person with an interest in their job coupled with excellent customer service.
I had bought a second hand car locally to the Clacton branch of Kwik Fit, and shortly after purchasing a tyre pressure light came on. I needed to get home to Hertfordshire. It was almost 4.30pm on a Saturday afternoon but when I explained my predicament Keith and his team kindly ensured my car was safe to drive. This included checking for a puncture and topping up my tyre pressures and screen wash without charge. I would highly recommend Keith and his team.
From phoning and booking my appointment to drop off and pick up the service was second to non. The team at kwik fit are always ready to greet you with a smile and a hello how can we help. Which instantly puts you at ease. The feedback of how they are geting on with my vehicle is great. And the waiting area is always clean and from what i can see through the viewing window the workshop also. Which means that they take pride in their apperance which in my experience means they take pride in their work too. Many thanks to Keith and Jon and the team for making my visit a pleasent one.
Absolutely excellent customer service from John and the team this morning, I really appreciated your expedience. Will definitely come back for all other car checks, MOTs and services. Thank you again. Would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone I know.
I have used this branch for nearly 5 years. Every visit is smooth and easy. The staff are always extremely helpful and accommodating. Work, carried out, is always faultless. It’s always my “go to” place for repairs, service’s and MOT’s.
