ATS have provided a great service and I am very happy with the works carried out.
Had 4 new michelin tyres fitted here in December. Staff were pleasant and efficient in store and on the phone. Was told to come back at a certain time and the car was all ready to go. Thanks ATS Clacton!
I had problems with my mondeo, handbrake cable, seized caliper etc. Dav, Justin and the guys were brilliant. Car in at short notice, diagnosis and quote within the hour on a Saturday! Parts arrived on the Monday morning and car back on the road within 48 hours. Fast, efficient professional service from start to finish. ATS should recognise the staff at Clacton and the excellent service they provide, praise where praise is due. I will be booking my service with them in the new year as they are now my go to service provider. Thanks again guys …..👍
Excellent service, had a little emergency with a puncture in the sidewall and needed the car that morning. The guys were fantastic and helped me out, without complaining or frowning, really professional, polite and that extra mile was no trouble.
Tyres I ordered were not available on the day due to unforseen circumstances. I received a call early in the morning to stop me travelling to the tyre centre (thank you for that, it was much appreciated) and we discussed other options over the phone. Other tyres were ordered and a new fitting date was set within 2 days of the original booking. All done in an incredibly professional and helpful way. Really top notch customer care. Thanks very much.
