Can’t fault these guys, came in with what i thought was a serious problem but sorted it out for me free of charge and offered me advice moving forward. Top class
Matt (Canham) took in my Jaguar with a blown turbo. I had moved the car from Marshall Ipswich after they never responded to calls or emails. Matt is friendly and knowledgeable. He investigated the issue properly and found that a number of the parts quoted by Marshall Ipswich were not required. The car drives better now than it ever has. I completely trust Matt and his team to do a great job, I recommend that you do too and I definitely will be going back there in the future.
I contacted John Canham & Son regarding an issue with my Peugeot 308. They returned my call, and even though I politely explained I had booked the car in elsewhere, they offered some sage advice and guidance FOC. Whilst they did no work on my car the fact that they were happy to provide some technical support is a genuine reflection on their customer care philosophy. Thank you.
After an outrageously expensive quote to have the turbo replaced by Jaguar Ipswich we decided to pay £220 to have the Jag towed to Clacton to be looked at by Matt. Glad that we did! Still using original replacement Jaguar parts our final bill came in at less than half the price Jaguar quoted. Matt and Mark I recommend to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle. Friendly, helpful and transparent they were excellent, keeping us informed at every step. An independent car repair and MOT centre I strongly recommend. 5 stars. Thank you.
