The man had a look at my car and managed to fix the issue (cable out of place) within 5 minutes. He said this would be free of charge and was just a generally lovely guy. I’d definitely recommend West Way Motor for any car issue as not only are they good at their job, they are super friendly too!
We always get absolutely superb service from Mark and his team at West Way Motor Engineers. My wife & I have been using them since 2005 for all our servicing/repair needs and the level of care and service has always been outstanding for all our vehicles. Always there when you need them and you can totally trust them to do just what is necessary without charging fancy prices. Our very recent experience exemplifies the standard of service they provide. Yesterday, just days before Christmas, the wheels on wife’s car suddenly locked and she was stranded on the road a few miles away. I phoned Mark for advice and got Britannia Rescue to deliver the car to West Way Garage late in the afternoon. Mark had diagnosed the probable cause, obtained the parts, and today it was up on the ramp being repaired. The hydraulic cylinder in a rear brake had exploded, and jammed the brake shoe to the drum, with fluid everywhere. All completed and back on the road by lunchtime and this at one of their busiest times of the year. We are both so really glad we found West Way Garage 18 years ago and would never go anywhere else. Five. Star avoid, for the reason, the guy mark doesn’t listen to what you’re saying he’s more of a salesman in the Mechanic. I asked him for a pre-MOT talked me into mot, then stacked up advisories pointless advisories for instance stain on under tray.. I will be going to get a second opinion… And reporting the MOT Many thanks, Mark..
Absolutely AMAZING staff at west way garage! The lads went above and beyond to help me out and I couldn’t have been more surprised/pleased with the outcome. I’ll never use another garage again. Trustworthy, honest reliable people. HIGHLY recommend. 18/7/23 - Been back since, battery light came on the dash. They identified within minutes that I needed a new alternator, couldn’t believe they sorted it the same day and for a very good price too. This is the best garage I’ve ever been to. I’ll never use another again. Thankyou so much guys!
West Way Motors always give me the confidence that they will do what is needed without overcharging or doing things that are not needed. Friendly and accomodating. It's hard to find a garage that you feel you can rely on without getting ripped off and West Way are the garage for me!
