Squeezed me in a day early too as I had a long drive at the end of the week and worried I might have a leak in the system. Very happy al round.

VERY HONEST AND RELIABLE. Turned up on a Friday afternoon stressed out with a noisy exhaust, 'Bob' had it sorted within a couple of hours and worked out less than quoted! and unbelievably different price to that which KwikFit quoted. 100% recommend and will 100% trust them again with my car.
Went to this garage while visiting Bournemouth from Mid Wales. My low oil level warning light came on so bought oil to top up only to find my bonnet release mechanism was faulty so I couldn't open the bonnet to put in the oil. Tried several ways to open bonnet but failed. Contacted this garage who told me to pop round a couple of hours later. Several other local ones had given me dates up to 8 days I advance. I was walking from the garage when I was called back because they'd opened it. They put in the litre of oil I'd bought and added more of their own, topped up the windscreen washer and lubricated the bonnet mechanism and ensured it was working properly. I know that this didn't take much time but they only charged £10 and wouldn't take more! I thought that this was fantastic service as they went beyond what was necessary and didn't attempt any minimum charge. I will not hesitate to go there if I have any more problems in Bournemouth and will look to book a service to coincide with my visit.
I was stuck over the Christmas /New Year break in a holiday cottage with a broken car electric window, the awesome guys at JD garage did a temp fix for me until I returned home. So not only did I have a dry car but it was secure for the duration of my holiday. Brilliant!
