I can't believe the false negative reviews left on here, trying to make this family run business seem to be untrustworthy and dishonest. Jose, is the most honest mechanic we have ever met and Andreia's customer service is amazing. They will fit you in if they can, even if it's last minute and their prices are very good. We have been to numerous garages before finding Pinto Autos, and there is no other garage I would trust with our car. Please, don't believe the false reviews. It's a shame someone would try to ruin this honest, trustworthy garage. I would highly recommend Pinto Autos.
I was in Bournemouth for work for only 3 days and my driver side window regulator failed, leaving the window completely down. Jose was very helpful and looked at it straight away. Replacement parts were unavailable but he was able to retrieve the glass and mount the window up whilst I waited. His wife even made me tea. Top service!
I've been using Pinto autos for years now and they are the best garage i have ever been to. No job is to big or small for Jose and he will always fit you in. Andrea's customer service is amazing. Their prices are very good and they are honest. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. I would highly recommend Pinto autos.
Amazing service! My Drive Belt snapped on Easter Sunday . I called them on Bank Holiday Monday, they managed to fit me in and get it sorted that morning! Really friendly, quick and efficient.
Had an issue with my vans DAB radio took it to Jose at Pinto Autos. He diagnosed the problem and called me back within an hour to say he had ordered the parts. Went back next day and he fitted the parts and now I'm back up and running. Thank you so much would highly recommend to anyone
