Customer service was exemplary with regular updates all along. In my case there were unexpected/unrelated inadvertent minor issues following the (excellent body work repair) - whereby the car wouldn't start for staff when I had already been asked to collect the car for the completed job. Halo then took steps and went the extra mile in making sure the car was driveable for me . This took a further week. During that time I was able to keep the courtesy car as is essential to my caring job in the Community (so there was positive local impact). I cannot thank (all) staff enough for their overall approach, kindness, personability and efficiency. They made me feel valued and secure as their customer and I am so grateful. I would highly recommend Halo to customers for their excellent, considerate service. Thank you.
Only needed to replace the badge on my car, the Audi garage were saying it was going to cost me £180 for the labour and take between 30 minutes to 1 hour. The manager here was very friendly and laughed at the price Audi gave, literally got it done in 5 minutes without charge. Definitely won my trust and business for the future.
