Steer staff were friendly and approachable, kept me fully up to date with progress of my repairs, and the end result was a too quality job. They went above and beyond, giving my car a deep polish, particularly on the bonnet where there had been a scratch caused by vandalism. The scratch is no longer there! Thanks everyone. Excellent

After some storm damage to my vehicle my insurer introduced me to Steer Basingstoke and having now had it back I highly recommend them. Friendly and professional, and good at keeping me updated on progress, and a first class repair job as well. I hope not to need these services again but if I do I would have no hesitation in putting my trust in the Basingstoke Steer team. Thank you all.
Outstanding Service! Steer handled our car repairs after I was involved in an accident and they were flawless from beginning to end. I was having issues with Enterprise Rent a Car to get my courtesy vehicle and then discussed this with a member of the Steer team, who then offered to provide a car for us instead. They dropped the courtesy car at my home and took my car (which was still drivable). They gave us regular updates throughout the repairs and when I fetched my car, everything was dealt with professionally and swiftly. They even cleaned the car inside and out. A few days later, they called to follow up to ensure everything was working well and we had no concerns. The car looks beautiful and good as new and I couldn't be more delighted and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Sterling job, thank you Steer, Basingstoke!

Communication and service from the receptionist and the rest of the staff was totally hassle-less, keeping me up to date throughout the week. I appreciated their consideration of a courtesy car that best fit my use and the pleasantly repaired and fully valeted car back on my collection. Really thankful for the superb service.
