Lewis used his diagnostic skills to detect a short circuit in the power steering unit on my car. The part concerned is no longer in stock but he sourced a second hand motor from the internet and rang me to tell when it arrived. He fitted me into his schedule for the next week and I drove it to his garage at 10 am and he rang me to say it was ready to collect at 3pm. I honestly thought his bill was very reasonable. If you want the work done by someone who puts the customer first look no further. Anything that I need to have done to my car in future I only hope Lewis will be around.
After completing an MOT and a minor repair previously, Lewis and the team at Eagle Eye Automotive were outstanding and went above and beyond when servicing my 2011 Nissan Qashqai. Chugging along for many weeks with a red warning light, and achieving a decreasing MPG of 47 on my +100 mile commute, Eagle Eye diagnosed the fault and quickly ordered the replacement parts. Very reasonable labour cost and speedy at sourcing the components, I am delighted with the service offered and now achieving >50mpg from my first commute (see image) Highly recommended. I will be using Eagle Eye again.
A huge thank you to Lewis....my car has been back and forth to him over the past few weeks for various works that needed to be completed. Great customer service, affordable labour charges and trust gained too as a customer. There is no other garage I will use from now on. Thank you Lewis
Had Lewis do a cambelt and water pump on a dacia he took the job straight on and very reasonably priced he had the job done in no time. He has a great set up and very knowledgeable with electrical diagnostics. Highly recommended 👍🏼
