from 2 reviews on GoogleI have now covered nearly 1000 miles in my 1974 MGB c/b Roadster since full engine and clutch change out plus associated mechanical recommissioning by Mattborn Classics and I am thoroughly delighted with how the car is going. I bought the B back in ‘82 and after languishing for a while and then doing some work on it myself during lockdown Mark at Mattborn Classics, as well as the engine change out, was able to finish it off, get it over the line and put me and the B back on the road for the first time in many years. Professional, experienced and friendly advice based on working on these cars for many years, as well as running his own MGs, allowed me to make informed decisions about the best way forward and I could not be happier with the results…. many thanks Mark. Top job with 5/5 from me and highly recommended. Roll on summer!.
Mark took a close look over my MGB to service, diagnose and fix a number of problems including leaking brake fluid, poor fitting door and misfiring starter motor. Very knowledgeable and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any other MGB owner needing work on their car.
