I took my car in for an MOT today after being recommended to Alexanders and the service I received was friendly,informative and honest. No trying to rip me off and did my MOT in time so I could get the school run done this afternoon. This is going to be my go to garage now. Really happy with them and highly recommend. The service was good. The service was completed on time, but the driver’s seat and the centre armrest need extra protection. Technicians should pay attention to the vehicle's interior, as the seat and door leather can get dirty during maintenance
Excellent service to get our door lock repaired as it was not under guarantee anymore. They even collected the car from our house. We used them for many years und will continue doing so. I can highly recommend them. Thank you
Alexanders got us out of trouble this morning. My partner was going on a long journey this morning and I found one of the tyre values was leaking. They told us to bring it straight in straight away and replaced it in 10 minutes. Brilliant service. Many thanks.
