From the start, he was respectful, transparent, and demonstrated excellent knowledge of BMWs and general car mechanics. What sets him apart is his trustworthiness and methodical approach of starting with the most cost-effective fixes first. He diagnosed and resolved an engine issue that three other garages couldn’t fix, all at a very competitive price. Since then, I’ve had several other jobs done by him and his team, and I can’t see myself going anywhere else.
My car dealer wanted hundreds of £££ to investigate a problem after the car was stolen. It probably would have taken days. Hamz Autos sorted it all in 15 minutes, found one wire disconnected and sent me on my way a happy camper. Thank you Hamed. You’re a gentleman.
Amazing mechanic! Fixed my BMW’s faulty tire pressure monitoring system sensor after many (10+) unsuccessful attempts in other garages. Top service - honest, friendly and very professional. Will definitely return in the future😀🙌🙏
Hamz is the only person that can touch my car. The guy is very genuine and loves what he does . He knows any bmw like the back of his fingers and has a gift of diagnosing cars quickly and having them repaired or serviced accordingly . Will Help you on saving money on parts too. Good luck getting time with him though
Extremely great service, did a coolant flush for a good price and most definitely knows what he is talking about, has extensive BMW knowledge and would not rip you off compared to others!
