My most recent car problems was related to a number of issues which BMW quoted me £4000 to fix. Alex was able to get to the root cause of the issue and fix it for a fraction of the price. I’ve honestly not come across a mechanic who sends you videos documenting step by step progress reports. My car feels brand new and I will definitely be using this service again.
Diamond in the rough! The quality of his work and his reasonable prices have saved me a few too many times. Alex is a lifesaver. From his in depth knowledge and his family friend like approach to all matters makes him my first point of contact for any issue I have and he is always there to help. My car suddenly stopped one day and he recovered it back then. Since that day, all of my issues I’ve had with the car, all have been taken care of by him. He charges a very reasonable price compared to the garages and I have never had a doubt about the quality of the work done. I look forward to seeing his business grow. Our community needs more business men like him.
Having been failed by a major breakdown service, I needed someone to retrieve my stranded car in the middle of the night. It was complicated by the fact that I couldn't be at the car, as I'd just had an operation and was stuck at home - I couldn't even get to the front door. I tried a couple of other "24/7" companies who didn't pick up. Alex answered straight away, understood and sympathised with my situation and got out of bed to go and fetch my car. He gave me a very reasonable price to recover the car and leave it outside my house and offered to diagnose the problem for just a small amount extra. It turned out that the gearbox had gone and it was a more complicated job than he'd thought it would be, but he is a man of his word and stuck to his original price. Excellent customer service and great human being. I'd definitely use this company again.
Alex is a very professional and experienced guy. Prices are very reasonable... Knows all the things, would take your car with immense care and is a superb person to talk to..
Behind an absolutely reliable recovery service lies an experienced mechanic with an eye for detail, Alex initially recovered my car due to its unfortunate damage caused by the previous mechanic. Upon recovery he was swift with diagnosis without even having to open up the car when the issues were explained, from there Alex chose to help me fix my car of its faults, rewiring it’s electricals, soldering and ultimately fixing what many “specialist” garages couldn’t. I’d like to remind those reading that I was neither paid or endorsed to write this, I’m just genuinely in awe with how Alex handled my car and got it to work again after weeks of stress with other garages. Having a wide range of experience through working at many different car manufacturers, if there was somebody who knows what they’re talking about it would definitely be Alex, if you’re looking for somebody who can make what seems impossible - possible. I’d profoundly recommend the One2Call recovery service for not only your recovery needs, but to get you back up and running regardless of the issues you have, not only was his repairs beyond a professional standard - the prices offered are fair and are explained throughly before any work is done, in a world full of sleazy and ignorant garages, I know very well who I’m coming back to incase of any issues I face in the future.
