Of course, that comes from years of experience and that is priceless. Paul kindly checked over my car and even topped the engine oil up for me! A real gentleman. Thank you. Highly recommended to any Jaguar enthusiast.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience with Ultimate Cats. Paul is a hidden gem and an amazing guy. I went to him to fix a fault on my F-Pace, and he took the time to explain everything in detail. He's a true Jaguar expert, with a deep knowledge of the brand. Fingers crossed that the fault goes away:). I was planning to get my car serviced, but he honestly recommended waiting a few more months. I’ll be returning to him for future service!. It's very rare to find honest and genuine guys nowadays.
Paul has amazing experience of working on jags. He did a service on my recently purchased f type and has given me total peace of mind that the car is in great working order. He will service this car as long as I own it. You will not find this kind of experience at the dealerships!
I am really glad I could find this independent jaguar garage. It offers excellent service for reasonable money if you compare it with dealership prices. Servicing my car was the only headache for me in the experience of owning my used Jaguar XE. And finally I've found this place, where I know she is in safe hands and don't need to pay a fortune for regular service. Many thanks to Paul, who runs this garage. He is a very sensible mechanic and really passionate about cars and his job. He didn't try to add any extra work and, even opposite, suggested to preserve some parts that I'd asked him to replace initially. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this garage and will service my precious jag in it
