Found this garage as it's close by so popped in and managed to get the car booked the next day. They managed to diagnose the problem and have the car fixed within 24 hours of dropping the car off. Will definitely be taking my car here again in future for all servicing.
I needed a review and MOT and spoke to Mike, who was able to get the car repaired and the MOT done within 2 days. The prices were reasonable, and the service was marvellous: Mike even did a small "patch-up" repair on another of my cars with no charge! Highly recommended!!
The level of service that Mike has provided has been outstanding - the kindness & transparency from which he runs his business by is a rarity in this day. I feel very grateful to have come across Cogswell after my car broke down quite far from where I live. When I called Mike was so kind, helpful & caring from the moment I got in touch - Mike very kindly squeezed me in as soon as he could, offered to recover my car & had it fixed within 30 minutes. Him & his wife were so warm, trustworthy & friendly & Mike also fixed a small repair in my car that he noticed whilst in the garage. I would 100% recommend - great service, price & communication. Thank you so much! You made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier & manageable - invaluable!
What a gem of a garage! Extremely friendly and helpful mechanics. I found them very thorough and genuine. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They are very fairly priced too. They even cleaned my car for no extra charge which was a lovely surprise. Do not go anywhere else, use these guys, you won’t regret it! Thanks so much guys, I truly appreciate the work you have done
Great customer service. My prius engine started pulsing, got it here to check, the mechanic identified EGR valve as a problem, cleaned it out and it was going well again. There's a bit more vibration from the engine now, but that might be because I'll need to change spark plugs, which was recommended by these guys.
