When I called to book my third appointment for an oil change—since I heard from various people that the oil should be changed every 4,000 to 5,000 miles—the person on the phone took the time to explain that this isn't necessarily true. They advised me not to spend money on an oil change until a warning appears on my dashboard.
Amazing service. My car was taken there after it got broken down on the road. It was fixed within the day and for less money I was initially told. What a lovely surprise! I cannot thank enough the two lovely gentlemen who saved me so much money and hassle for rental car I was planning to get. Definitely recommend.
Paul, Mark and the team were extremely helpful. After having a bad experience with another garage, I was hesitant to send my car in. However, I am thoroughly pleased with their service and appreciated their kind and honest opinions about the car. I will definitely be returning for future work on my car there! Would definitely recommend B&W to anyone looking for a decent, honest garage!
