The team at Volkstec are brilliant, they are polite, professional, really good at what they do and thank god don’t charge main dealers prices! I’ve been taking my car to them now for nearly 3 years and completely trust them with it. Thank you Volkstec.
Consistently great and friendly service - fixed air conditioning then replaced a faulty part more than a year later without charge. Took the time to accompany me for a drive in the car to diagnose an issue properly, then fixed it with minimal cost, replaced DSG gearbox oil a few times over the years always for a competitive price. Can't recommend highly enough.
A friendly first class service for an honest rate. Courtesy car was provide. Dropped car off the afternoon before and it was serviced and mot'd by 12 the next day. Great follow up advice was given on a minor issue that we were concerned about. Highly recommended.
The team were SUPERB! they helped me out last minute in a pinch when I was very far from home and needed help with something that turned out to be rather simple... but was causing a lot of noise and fuss! I cannot recommend them highly enough, fast, professional friendly service!
