I was so impressed by their level of professionalism and customer care I've taken my other cars to them to look after and I continue to be impressed. Polite, professional and reliable.
All I’m ever after with a car mechanics is transparency and understanding, and the guys at Motechnics did just that. Was having issues with my clutch and were super clear on the plan of action to find the issue, with a comprehensive breakdown quote before the work began on the phases of investigation and repairs to get us back up and running. Really happy to have found a car garage that seems to have your best interests in mind. On top of that they got the job done sooner than expected. Would definitely recommend.
The only place I will take my car. I have brought my car here several times. Honest, reasonable and nice! Just yesterday, I dropped off my car due to an urgent issue as something came loose under the car. They fixed it right away and for no charge. Who does that anymore?? A shining star in Beaconsfield! I’m forever grateful. ☺️
I took my car in to Motechnics to have a slow puncture fixed in the tyre. The service I received was excellent. The repair was executed in exactly the time indicated, and checked to make sure done properly. I will be taking my car back there for new tyres for sure, and the other odd jobs which are not included in my service package. I have already recommended them to some of my friends, who I am sure will be equally pleased with the friendly service offered.
Had a service and 2x front tyres replaced on my BMW today. Ben was so helpful and friendly, great experience, highly recommend and will use again, thank you.
