They do both regular and electric vehicles, one of only a few places in the area to handle both. All the work was completed in a few hours and I’m pleased with the price and the outcome. Highly recommended and I will be using them again.
I have been using Car Friend for 3 years having changed from using a certain Japanese car dealership who was definitely not the one in front. Car Friend have carried out annual services and some maintenance work for me at very reasonable prices and with no compromise on the quality of work. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and all work is always clearly detailed on the invoice with explanations of the work done and any findings always given as well when you collect the car. The garage is also very easy to find with ample parking on site, which is always a plus.
Quick efficient replies in order to get me booked in! Very friendly service from both engineers and ladies behind the desk. Engineers were very knowledgable and were able to offer advice on what would need to happen next in order to get the problem solved. Vicki also went to the extent of finding us a quote for a new part online and giving us a quote for them repairing and fitting. Thank you! Would certainly recommend.
Super happy with the service I received from Car Friend & Vicki who I was dealing with. Kept in the loop from start to finish, I was going through my warranty company and Vicki did most of the liaising with them in-fact she did more than was expected from her. I didn’t have much dealings with anyone else there but the service was spot on! I definitely recommend them and will be using them again going forward fingers crossed for nothing major!
Contacted them as I was having problems with a relatively new 12 volt hybrid battery draining . Booked me in for a battery check before any work was agreed. Was there almost an hour discussing the car's issues with Vicki, a mechanic and the owner . Felt they understood & were genuinely trying to help. Work now completed and all good. Really friendly bunch, fitted me in quickly and great customer service. Will certainly recommend .
