Used these guys a couple of times now for service/repair after the dealer I usually used let me down last year. All really friendly and helpful and provide a great service. I'm just annoyed I didn't hear about them sooner.
If anyone is looking for a good mechanical garage .. then u wont go wrong here , Adam and his team are lovely , iv been taking my car here for a good four / five years and their service has never changed from day one , Honest , reliable and friendly .. what more could u ask for 😀
I’ve never felt so comfortable going to a garage. I booked in for a service on my old land rover and the team explained that I would need new brake pads “within the next 6-9m depending on how much o was driving” there was absolutely no hard sell and they took the time to explain things to me and actually showed me on the car what they we’re talking about from a small part that needed to be replaced. This was a couple of years ago now and I’ve got a different car. I need to service my new one and I will, without question go here again.
Adam to the rescue! Thank you so much to Adam who very kindly diagnosed my car problem over the phone (suspension coil spring) and then showed me when dropping off my car. He managed to fit me in the next morning and I had my car back feeling like new in a couple of hours! Adam showed me the broken coil spring which helped me understand the problem. I have had my car serviced and MOT done at Tower Garage for the last few years and would highly recommend Adam - such a knowledgeable, friendly and honest mechanic. Thanks again!
