The customer service provided was exceptional. The mechanic attentively listened to my concerns and made me feel acknowledged even with my partner there they made me feel included. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Additionally, the car appears to be working great! Will be taking the car here from now on.

Hired a SWB van for 2 days. Super van just 2 years old. Great counter service and fab price. I booked a couple of days in advance and on the day of hire they called to say the van was ready and if I wanted it early I could have it at no extra price. Third time I have hired from Rising Brook, and I will be going back.

Managed to get me in for a forgotten MOT at short notice, quickly. Very friendly group of people who make you feel welcome and at ease. Definitely a place you can trust and I would highly recommend 👌
