They were recommended to me by a neighbour who had the same car and had also been using them for years as so glad he did. I have since recommended Independent to friends and other neighbours who also have BMW’s, some of which already went to independently and shared the same opinion. If you looking for a garage you can trust and will provided you with great advice and reasonable prices then look no further and go to independent.
Highly recommended! Took my 2013 Mini in after it started running poorly and the engine warning light came on. Great customer service from Lisa, and Mark clearly knows his stuff and was able to quickly diagnose a timing issue amongst other things. The repair was quick and reasonably priced, and it’s come back running like new! Couldn’t be happier! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Independant Vehicles are brilliant. i would highly recommend! They helped me through a really difficult time with our Volvo XC40. The car had been into Stockport Volvo dealership 4 times for repair over 10 months and still wasn't working. i was at my wits end with the Volvo dealership in Stockport so i called Independant Vehicles for help and got in touch with Mark. Mark, clearly an expert on Volvos and a really nice person. They would always answer the phone and were willing to talk. Mark did an investigation which helped me to get the warranty claim approved which had been refused initially. The car got repaired and is now working better then ever.
Dropped my volvo off with multiple electronic issues, Mark quickly diagnosed and repaired . Great communication, friendly , professional and informative. Pricing was really good also . I have already recommended to a friend and will definitely be my go to place for technical repairs on my trusted bus
Excellent service. Very knowledgeable, same day fix and very transparent about works and pricing. Very pleased would definitely go back.
