The manager is very friendly and explains the job they need to do in a very simple way, so you know what is getting done and why. The communication with the garage is good, and it is not far from the shops in Northenden if you want to go out and about while waiting for your car. Thanks
Well my knights in shining armour came to my rescue yet again. Simon and Andy have NEVER let me down. They looked after my dad’s car when he was alive and now they are looking after mine. Nothing is ever too much trouble. My suspension had gone this time and it was touch and go as to whether the car would be ready for me to get to work at 6.20 on the Monday morning. Well they got it repaired and in plenty of time too. I honestly recommend this garage. If they can fix it …. They will. If they can’t… they will have a bloody good try. Thanks guys…. You truly are my knights in shining armour!
Andy and the team have been fantastic sorting my car out after extensive oil damage. They have been very helpful and explained the issues, allowing me to make informed decisions, carried out the work, showing me the damage and explaining how it has been resolved. They have pointed me in the right directions for fixes beyond their control, and have followed up to make sure that the car is working well again. Great service, if my car has any further issues I will definitely be choosing them to fix it for me.
After driving to work I had an engine warning light and did not expect to be able to drive home after work. Andy and the team were brilliant, not only very helpful, but they diagnosed the problem and took the vehicle in as a last minute addition for the day. The car has a white interior and after work done at many garages it comes back black with grease. Not in the Longley Lane shop. No Grease at all, job sorted and they had the car ready for me at 3.30pm so was able to get home in good time. Thank you very much. My first experience with them and I will be returning.
Reading the negative comments on customer service is very annoying. I had a tyre fitted without any issues. However it transpired the wrong speed rating was fitted. Speaking with Andy and ready for aconfronting conversation I was very surprised at Andys reply. No problem, he ordered a new tyre. To say I was very happy with Andys reply is an understatement. His customer service was beyond excellent. I hope you make your own mind up and talk with Andy to solve your issues.
