We had ordered a pair of Continental All Season for her Hyundai ix20. Oakdene came up as one of their Premier fitting partners near our postcode. Easily accessible forecourt, decent amount of parking and smart exterior greet upon arrival. Went into the reception, confirmed our appointment and left the keys. Less than 30 minutes later the car was coming out the workshop fitted, balanced and ready to go. A seamless experience, in & out service and positive customer experience left us very satisfied.
I always find service efficient and a reasonable price. Not the cheapest but you can be confident that the work is done to the highest standard. From the receptionist to the mechanics always friendly, and polite.
Always friendly, professional & checks with you on advisory notes on MOT if want carried out on the day or leave to a later date. Highly recomend this garage.
My first experience with Oakdene was when a Ford Service put one of my tyres on a red alert for needing a change. It was very easy to book online and when I arrived on the Saturday, my tyre was changed promptly and some genuine and very helpful advice was given regarding my other tyres. A service that I really appreciate as a single Mum. So when today, I had concerns with a different tyre losing pressure, I was reassured that I could take my car in to be checked. Thank goodness I did as I had a nail in the tyre which was then promptly repaired at a very fair price. I would happily recommend Oakdene to friends and feel reassured that I have been given honest advice and that my car once again is safe to be driving in. Thank you Oakdene.
