My wife's car had a suspected bad battery or broken alternator, and whilst they didn't have jumper cables, they did offer to walk down the road to do some diagnostics on it just to be helpful. I managed to jump the car and they fit me in for a battery change there and then, despite being busy. This is the second time they've gone above and beyond to help us out!
Saw us very quickly, fast repair, reasonable costs. Excellent, approachable reception person. Thank you.
I have always used this friendly garage for years for M.O.T and servicing as it’s just down the road. I had the dreaded engine warning light appear on the Audi. Within a day they had resolved with a cheaper fix (than what Audi main dealership would have charged) and was honest. I can not rate this garage enough for service, honesty and workmanship. A+++
Brilliant service. I'm not local but had a problem with my car while visiting Leigh on Sea. They saw me straight away and were lovely and very fair. Highly recommended, especially if you've had negative experiences with garages before.
