From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. They provided me with a courtesy car, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. The team did a brilliant job on the repairs, and my car looks as good as new. To top it off, they went above and beyond by cleaning the car inside and out, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend CARS of Grimsby for their excellent service and attention to detail.
Highly Recommend Cars of Grimsby! After an accident that caused significant damage to my car's driver door and sill, I reached out to several places for repair quotes. Cars of Grimsby not only offered me the best deal but also provided outstanding service from start to finish. The team was incredibly polite, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me with the insurance process, including managing the excess. The quality of the repair was top-notch, completed in a timely manner, and they even provided me with a brand-new courtesy car during the repair. When I picked up my car, it was detailed inside and out – a wonderful touch that shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. I can't fault any part of the experience. A special thanks to Sam and the whole team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy to manage!
I took my van (with badly damaged drivers side wing mirror) into CARS and within 48 hours they had inspected the damage, ordered the necessary parts and completed the repair. They even managed to salvage parts from the damaged mirror casing to save a bit of money. Quick, smooth, honest and fairly priced - perfect all round! I won't be going anywhere else for vehicle repairs in the future.
