They go the extra mile knowing it's my livelihood & the importance of keeping my van on the road. Explain everything in detail to you so you know exactly what's wrong and what needs doing to fix it which is a big plus for me. Very trustworthy 👌
Absolute first class service. LSD Motors was recommended to me by a friend after I had a bad experience with another garage. I dropped my car off at 8:30am and by 1:00pm I’d had a call to say it was ready to collect. The team at LSD had diagnosed the problem, made a repair and double checked everything else. The repair was hundreds of pounds cheaper than the quote I’d received from elsewhere. The repairs were explained thoroughly to me (even down to how part has been cleaned up!) and the price was incredibly fair. These guys know their stuff, are honest and communicate really well. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
After reading the excellent 100% 5 star reviews given to LSD Motor Services I decided to give them a try to sort out the problem with my car that other garages failed to find. I'm very happy to say Luke and his excellent team found and rectified the problem, keeping me informed at every step of the way. The service I received was first class and I would recommend this garage to anyone. Thank you guys.
My sister-in-law's Peugeot developed a problem after having travelled from Birmingham to Grimsby and, due to a loss of coolant, it really needed looking at before she could travel back home. One local garage had a 3 week wait for availability, so I called Mark at CARS of Grimsby (another excellent local business) for advice. Mark recommended LSD Motor Services, and said he would contact John there and ask him to call me. Five minutes later, John rang me, and he managed to fit the car in that afternoon for diagnosis. An hour later a cracked thermostat housing was identified, a price for repair was given and accepted, and the car was repaired and ready for collection less than 24 hours later! My sister-in-law was able to travel safely home the next day. Grateful thanks to John, Luke and all the team for such a swift repair, which was very much appreciated. LSD Motor Services was a great find, competively priced and extremely friendly and helpful, and I would be happy to recommend them.
Can't recommend LSD enough! Luke and the lads always sort my problems out, transparent about what needs doing, give me options and reasonably priced!
