They changed my catalytic converter with an after-market cat when it was stolen a few years ago. At the time, none of the other garages I spoke to were fitting after-market cats for 3rd gen priuses. After-market cats deter thieves because they don't have the precious metals platinum, rhodium and palladium in them. Then when the engine check light came on accompanied by a sudden power loss on the motorway they helped diagnose the problem as some faulty battery modules and replaced them to avoid changing to a completely new one which was cost saving. The car is working like new now. It's an excellent trustworthy garage and I'd highly recommend them! Many thanks, Ata, and the team at RB Car Care.
Fantastic service every time I come in this place and I have been coming here from last 4 years. I don’t usually gives out reviews unless its an exceptional experience which I have over a long period. Since I have have known them, I can say that these two individuals (Mr Tariq and Mr Waheed) always work hard and give out their best. I personally witnessed them always busy fixing cars for their customers. They never complaint or mourn like others. They will quote you fair price and will let you make the decision, but if you decide to get the work done from them, they will give out their best for you and also give you the best possible advice. I drive for work and every now and then have to go and see someone professional for my car. And will rate them and recommend them any day of the week to anyone. Especially their work ethic and fairness.
I've my MOT done at this garage and can highly recommend it. Great value for money. The mechanics were on time and conducted the MOT in polite and professional manner. I was informed of any advisories, together with no-pushy advice on how to solve the issue in the best possible way. The garage is indeed very clean and well equipped.
