Really great customer service and trustworthy team. Came in for an MOT and asked to look at CarPlay issues, Luke ended up staying late to update software - very much appreciated! The team is very knowledgeable with high integrity. I’ll be back!
I have serviced my car C359e first time with MercServices. I am very happy with their's customer service, as I spoke to them over the phone to book the car for service the Manager David explained properly about the service. I asked him couple of questions about service he has explained properly without any hesitation. When I dropped off my car for service on that day then he took me to the Morden bus station for catching my bus to return back home. Service prices are very reasonable and they have done a great job. After servicing my car, they washed and vacuum my car as well. The servicing including safety checks as well. I can recommend anyone who wants to service specially Mercedes Benz car.
Have used Mercservices a few times & customer service has always been great. Really impressed with today’s visit, Luke & David were so helpful and went above & beyond even though it was a simple repair. Really grateful and would highly recommend, thank you☺️
