My wifes car was in for a repair to the back door after a friend reversed into it and the repair was done to a very professional standard and in a very quick time frame. Communication from the office was weekly, letting us know progress and estimated completion. There was a minor issue with the door fitment which we noticed a few weeks after collection. After a phone call I was back at the garage 2 days later and it was repaired there and then whilst I waited with no argument or issues.
Excellent service! Went above and beyond in getting my car repaired before the estimated completion date, so I had it back before going away on holiday. Thank you Team Alton Cars! 6631
