They kept me updated throughout the day with phone calls and fixed the issues found without hesitation. When I went to pick up my car the gentleman educated me on some of the issues and why they came about. Would highly recommend both for price and customer service! I won’t go anywhere else now.
Absolutely amazing service all round. Picked up this garage on a Google search after our Renault car was sitting in an official Renault garage for over a week and they did nothing with it. We gave them a call and had a call back from Emma who from very reassuring. They got us an appointment for the Monday and fixed it the same day, updated us throughout. They also discovered and fixed a few other issues which the main dealer had missed on a full service only a few months earlier. Highly recommend this garage. Thank you Five Star you've made our family Christmas super. Keep up the good work!
From start to finish, my experience with using Five Star was brilliant. They got me booked in very quickly over the Xmas period, and kept in touch throughout the day letting me know how things were progressing. My car was ready very quickly, and had even been washed and cleaned. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable - this was my first time using them and I’ll be a returning customer from now on.
Brilliant service from start to finish. Emma and Nikita make the booking process so easy and everything is transparent. Would highly recommend as very courteous and professional, and above all thorough. Felt very confident leaving my car there.
***THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY*** My car was towed to Five Star Autocentre by the RAC following a breakdown on the motorway. From our arrival my 9 year old daughter and I were treated wonderfully by the very friendly staff, and despite being very busy they replaced the water pump belt that had snapped, causing the engine to overheat as a priority and we were soon back on the road to Blackpool, making it just in time to see the illuminations get turned on! The invoice was also very reasonable. I will definitely be using this garage in the future and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
